本文对具有反馈调制器的高频宽带谐波分频器进行了研究。对在选频放大器输入电压中形成分出频率有效分量的机构进行了分析研究。研究了反馈控制信号相移角φ及分路调制器对称性参量τ/T对于分频器工作的影响,导出了参数τ/T与n(分频次数)及φ的乘积成正比的关系。指出了为获得宽的分频同步频带所必须的最佳τ/T与φ值以及其它主要回路参量对分频同步频宽的影响,并进一步阐明了似线性理论及动态传导系数法的实际应用。文中以分频比例为6∶1的高频宽带谐波分频器为例,指出了此类分频器的一般计算与实验方法。所设计的6∶1谐波分频器,在满意的分频器特性范围内,分频同步频带达14%。
In this paper, a high-frequency broadband harmonic crossover with feedback modulator is studied. Analyzed the mechanism that forms the effective component of the frequency of separation in the input voltage of the frequency selective amplifier. The influence of the phase shift angle φ of the feedback control signal and the symmetry parameter τ / T of the shunt modulator on the operation of the frequency divider is studied. The relationship between the parameter τ / T and the product of n (frequency division number) and φ is directly proportional. The effects of the optimal τ / T and φ values and the other main loop parameters on the frequency division synchronization bandwidth are pointed out, and the practical applications of the linear approximation theory and the dynamic conduction coefficient method . Taking the high-frequency broadband harmonic divider with 6: 1 frequency division ratio as an example, the general calculation and experimental methods of such divider are pointed out. The designed 6: 1 harmonic divider divides the synchronous frequency band by 14% within the range of satisfactory divider characteristics.
