伊索寓言:太阳和风争论谁更有力,最后决定看谁能把一位老人的大衣脱掉……大风越吹越猛,老人却越是把大衣裹在身上……太阳以暖洋洋的光芒照着老人,老人出了汗,把大衣脱掉了。太阳对风说:“怎么样?温和与友善要比愤怒和暴力更加有力吧?”启示:太阳能比风更快地脱下你的大衣;友善、仁厚的交流方式比任何强迫性的力量更容易改变别人的心愿。假如你希望更快地把自己的观念推销给别人,或者把产品或服务项目推销给目标顾客,你不妨学学太阳!
