:考察壮腰健肾口服液的药理作用。方法 :对实验小鼠和大鼠性器官和性激素进行定量测定 ,用二甲苯致炎法、扭体法、热板法、腹腔炎症法、棉球法测定消炎镇痛作用。结果 :能显著增加去势小鼠和大鼠性器官的重量 ,提高热刺激致痛反应的痛阈值 ,抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀度 ,减少醋酸所致小鼠腹膜炎伊文思蓝渗出量。结论 :与功能主治的补肾壮阳、驱风止痛作用相符
