1989年1月12~17日我处对农二师塔里木垦区的卡拉和铁干里两灌区31~35五个团场的渠道防渗情况及防渗后的经济效益进行了调查。一、基本概况卡拉和铁干里两个灌区总可耕面积60多万亩,卡拉灌区有卡拉水库和卡拉总干渠,灌溉三个团场。铁干里灌区有大西海子水库和铁干里总干渠,灌溉两个团场。灌区内土壤质地轻、地形坡度缓,开垦后大量的引水灌溉使地下水位迅速上升,大面积土地次生盐渍化。作物单产得低,吃粮都难自给。70年代初利用种稻压盐实行水旱
