作者旨在探讨大学生学习倦怠与主观幸福感的状况及其关系,具体采用《大学生学习倦怠量表》和《主观幸福感量表》对350名湖南省衡阳地区包括南华大学、衡阳师范学院在内的在校大学生进行问卷调查,结果表明:大学生学习倦怠处于中等偏下水平;大学生主观幸福感高于全国平均水平;学习倦怠总分及各维度和主观幸福感之间均存在显著的负相关,学习倦怠总分、“情绪低落”、“成就感低”对主观幸福感具有显著的预测作用,可见学习倦怠总分、“情绪低落”、“成就感低”在一定程度上能够负向预测主观幸福感的水平。
The author aims to explore the status and relationship between college students ’learning burnout and subjective well-being.
