大学生就业问题是政府、学校、学生以及家长极为关注的问题,也是社会的焦点问题。开展毕业生就业意向的调查,了解学生的就业观以及影响学生的就业因素,是各高职院校有效开展针对性的就业指导、就业推荐的前提基础。
The employment problem of college students is a matter of great concern to the government, schools, students and parents. It is also a social issue. Carrying out surveys on graduates’ employment intentions, understanding students’ employment concept and factors affecting students’ employment are all the preconditions for higher vocational colleges to effectively carry out targeted employment guidance and employment recommendation.
