在系统论述酒泉西盆地区域水文地质条件的基础上,重点分析评价了盆地内第四系孔隙水的补给来源及补给量、储存量、允许开采量,并对酒钢公司水资源的供需平衡进行了深入分析。其结论是,酒西盆地地下水多年平均补给量为76.342 5万m3/d,北大河出山冰沟口—北大河水源地以南约34.5km长度内渗漏补给和盆地基底深层基岩承压水顶托越流补给是其主要补给来源,占总补给量的89.6%;储存量为191.73亿m3;已探明允许开采量为34.558万m3/d。现状地下水可供水量满足酒钢公司未来30年对水资源的需求,供需基本平衡。同时,从保护黑河流域下流生态环境的角度出发,提出了建立节水型钢铁企业的设想。
