误食蓖麻油引起中毒较罕见。现报告1例。一、发生经过:病人×××,男,41岁。1979年2月购买私人植物油四斤。病人为独身生活,用此油炒菜、烙饼;每天吃油约一两,食用4～5天后,开始腹泻,水样便,每日2～3次,肠鸣音亢进;十余天后发生头晕、恶心,但不认为是食油所引起。继续食用此油约一个月,共吃三斤多。又在自由市场买植物油三斤,加在一起继续食用。此后患者感到上述症状加剧,呕吐加重,有时甚至吐出胆汁。自觉全身无力,食欲
