最近我们研制了三块预应力钢丝网细石混凝土槽形农房楼板,现简介如下: 板长3.98米,板宽0.59米,板肋高0.16米,整板重量为156.4公斤,仅为同规格混凝土多孔条板重量的35%,水泥用量仅为45%,钢材用量为87%,总材料费用节省37%,其截面示意图见下图。板面为一层网的钢丝网细石混凝土,板肋为细石加筋混凝土,筋为预应力冷拔低碳钢丝。细石混凝土的配比系水泥:水:砂:石为1:0.4:1.5:2.0,水泥为400~#普通硅酸盐水泥。
