本研究探讨能否从废弃的骨髓滤网颗粒物中获得间充质干细胞(MSC)。应用组织块培养法,对2例正常供者骨髓滤网中的颗粒物进行分离培养,计数获得的MSC数量,对其表型和分化能力进行鉴定。结果表明:骨髓滤网颗粒物中存在大量的MSC,经过3代扩增后其数量接近107;这些细胞具有典型的MSC形态和表型特征,可以分化为骨、软骨和脂肪细胞。结论:用组织块培养法可以从骨髓滤网颗粒物中获得大量MSC。
This study explored the possibility of obtaining mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) from spent bone marrow filter particles. The tissue culture method was used to separate and culture the particles in two normal donor bone marrow filters. The number of MSC obtained was counted to identify the phenotype and differentiation ability. The results showed that there were a large number of MSCs in the bone marrow filter particles. After 3 generations of amplification, the number of MSCs was close to 107. These cells had typical morphological and morphological features of MSCs and could differentiate into bone, cartilage and adipocytes. Conclusion: Massive MSC can be obtained from bone marrow filter particles by tissue culture method.
