陈伟,河南省高级烹饪技师,开封市人。生于1971年3月,15岁起跟父陈景和等前辈学习厨艺,1990年2月至1991年2月在吉林省商业技校师资大专班(烹饪系)学习。出师后在开封市宋都宾馆东餐厅掌厨,现应聘许昌市亚细亚大酒店行政总厨。是中国烹饪协会和河南省烹饪协会会员,开封市烹饪协会常务理事,开封市人大代表,十佳杰出青年,河南省果蔬雕刻协会理事及《开封名菜》编委委员。
Wei Chen, Henan Province, senior cooking technician, Kaifeng City. Born in March 1971, he studied cooking with his father Chen Jinghe and his predecessors from the age of 15, and from February 1990 to February 1991, he studied at the College of Commerce Technical Teachers’ College (Department of Cooking) in Jilin Province. After attending the teacher in Kaifeng City Song dynasty hotel East Restaurant palm chef, is now hiring Xuchang Asian Hotel Executive Chef. He is a member of China Cuisine Association and Henan Cuisine Association, executive director of Kaifeng City Cuisine Association, deputies to Kaifeng City, top ten outstanding young people, director of Henan Fruit and Vegetable Carving Association, and member of Editorial Board of Kaifeng Famous Cuisine.
