2004年11月16日，全国教育科学“十五”规划国家重点课题“新基础教育课程教材开发的研究与实验”中期成果报告会在中央教育科学研究所举行。报告会由全国教育科学规划领导小组办公室副主任曾天山研究员主持，中央教育科学研究所原所长卓晴君研究员、中央教育科学研究所原副所长潘仲茗研究员、北京教育科学研究院原副院长文喆教授、教育部基础教育司乔玉全调研员应规划办之邀，作为点评专家对课题中期成果进行了点评。
