在裂化催化剂再生时,可以设想焦炭中碳燃烧的几种可能反应模型,即简单反应模型、连串反应模型、平行一连串反应模型和表面反应模型.运用序贯实验设计方法,用所得的实验数据对这些模型进行筛选,并对所选出的最优模型进行参数精估.结果表明,连串反应模型和平行一连串反应模型为较优的模型:焦炭(C)?它能在实验温度范围(600~800℃)内,较好地描述消碳反应的全过程.
