对规范水能资源管理的一些思考

水能资源是水资源的重要组成部分,对水能资源管理要有一个正确的认识。笔者对加强水能资源管理的必要性进行了分析,提出了规范水能资源管理、水电有序开发的措施和建议。

Hydropower resources are an important part of water resources and have a correct understanding of hydropower resources management. The author analyzes the necessity of strengthening the management of hydropower resources and puts forward the measures and suggestions to standardize the management of hydropower resources and the orderly development of hydropower.
