检验工作质量控制,是配合临床辅助诊断的重要保证。目前国外已有专门机构(如美国的DDC)统一管理。国内对临床生化、细菌、血液等亦有专门机构管理。但对有十几年历史,近几年普遍开展的血液流变学检查,却缺乏质量控制要求。致使目前存在四不统一的问题。1.仪器不统一。笔者了解到,目前生产血液流变学检查仪器的厂家很多,但产品却缺乏国家统一的规范化、标准化要求。
The inspection of work quality control is an important guarantee for cooperating with clinical aid diagnosis. At present, there are specialized agencies abroad (such as the United States DDC) unified management. Domestically, there are specialized institutions for clinical biochemistry, bacteria, and blood. However, for more than ten years, the blood rheology tests that have been carried out in recent years have lacked quality control requirements. As a result, there are four non-uniform problems. 1. The instrument is not uniform. The author understands that there are many manufacturers that currently produce hemorheology examination instruments, but the products lack the national standardization and standardization requirements.
