伴随着经济的高速发展,目前我国社会矛盾在增多,风险在增强,在此背景下规避风险、构建和谐社会具有重要的现实意义。然而在现实生活中,人们对风险的认识与规避并不是轻而易举的,由于种种原因人们无法很好地掌控所有风险。本文着重探讨了规避风险、构建和谐社会中的现实障碍,希望对社会主义发展实践有所裨益。
With the rapid economic development, the social contradictions in our country are increasing and the risks are increasing. It is of great practical significance to avoid risks and build a harmonious society in this context. However, in real life, people’s awareness and avoidance of risk is not easy, for a variety of reasons people can not properly control all the risks. This article focuses on the practical barriers to avoiding risks and building a harmonious society and hopes to benefit the practice of socialism.
