目的对于双水平无创BiPAP呼吸机治疗COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床疗效进行相关的探讨。方法选取本科2010年3月~2012年4月期间收治的COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者120例,将所有患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组均为60例患者,对照组患者应用常规治疗方法 ,治疗组则是在常规治疗的基础上结合双水平无创BiPAP呼吸机进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者经过治疗后,治疗组患者的呼吸不良症状的缓解以及心律、血气改善等较对照组有明显的改善,差异都具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双水平无创呼吸机对于COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭治疗效果明显,在临床操作过程中具有较高的安全性和可操作性,可以在临床中推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of bi-level non-invasive BiPAP ventilator in the treatment of COPD with type Ⅱ respiratory failure. Methods From March 2010 to April 2012, 120 patients with COPD and type Ⅱ respiratory failure were enrolled in this study. All patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 60 patients in each group. Patients in control group were treated with routine Treatment, the treatment group is based on conventional treatment combined with bi-level noninvasive BiPAP ventilator for treatment, the treatment effect of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the relief of respiratory symptoms and the improvement of cardiac rhythm and blood gas in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The double-level noninvasive ventilator is effective in treating COPD with type Ⅱ respiratory failure. It has high safety and maneuverability in clinical operation and can be widely used in clinical practice.
