云南大学“2·23”案件,4名在校大学生在宿舍内惨遭杀害,由于犯罪嫌疑人身份特殊,作案地点特殊,社会危害和影响较大,公安部于3月1日向全国发出A级通缉令,并悬赏人民币20万元捉拿犯罪嫌疑人马加爵。从通缉令下发之日起,到3月16日马加爵海南落网,通缉令、报纸、电视、广播等传播媒介全力报道,大众传播、组织传播、人际传播各展其能,“马加爵事件”成为全国各地一时之热点。四川大学舆论研究所于3月17日至18日在成都市区进行了一次“关于马加爵事件的传播学调查”,采取街头随机问卷调查形式,并辅以随机问询,共收回调查问卷246份,其中有效问卷227份。本次调查的结论用于判断和推论以下几个问题:马加爵事件是如何成为媒介事件的?通缉令在传播过程中产生了何种效应?受众如何看待通缉令中的悬赏问题?我们应该对这一事件进行怎样的理性反思?

The Institute of Public Opinions of Sichuan University conducted a “Survey on the Communication of Ma Jiajue Incident” in Chengdu City from March 17 to March 18, taking the form of random street surveys and supplemented by random interrogations, and received 246 questionnaires , Of which 227 are valid questionnaires. The conclusions of this survey are used to judge and infer the following questions: How did the Madagascar act as a media incident? What kind of effect did the arrest warrant have on communication? How did the audience view the reward issue in the warrant? What kind of rational reflection of an incident?
