卢梭作为启蒙运动时期最伟大的思想家之一,也是最具有浪漫细胞和对美好社会最具创设性的思想家,在他悲苦的一生中为世人留下了巨大的思想财富。卢梭一生追求自由和平等,因此提出了公意原则。这一原则一方面对后世思想家影响深远,对当代自由、民主社会的形成也有着很大的贡献。另一方面这一原则被当做极权主义的思想,饱受争议。本文从公意原则形成的思想基础,以及公意原则在政治运作中的具体执行和公意原则对后世的影响这几个方面探讨了公意原则。
As one of the greatest thinker during the Enlightenment period, Rousseau was also the most romantic cell and the most creative thinker to a beautiful society, leaving great treasures of thought for the world in his sad life. Rousseau pursuit of freedom and equality throughout his life, so put forward the principle of gratitude. On the one hand, this principle has a far-reaching impact on future thinkers and also greatly contributes to the formation of a contemporary free and democratic society. On the other hand, this principle is taken as a totalitarian idea and is in dispute. This article explores the principle of public will based on the ideological foundation formed by the principle of public good and the concrete implementation of the principle of public opinion in the political operation and the influence of the principle of public will on the future generations.
