目的:研究左旋氧氟沙星口服给药后在呼吸系统感染患者中的药代动力学特性。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定血清中左旋氧氟沙星浓度;以3P87药代动力学程序处理数据。结果:在8例患者中的研究表明,左旋氧氟沙星在呼吸系统感染患者中的消除半衰期明显大于国内外研究报道的健康受试者的消除半衰期(P<0.01),其血药浓度达峰时间与国内外报道相近,峰浓度与国外研究结果相近,而低于国内在健康者中的研究结果(P<0.01)。结论:呼吸系统感染患者服用左旋氧氟沙星时,应注意控制给药剂量及给药间隔,特别对于肾功低下患者,防止出现不良反应
AIM: To study the pharmacokinetics of levofloxacin in patients with respiratory infections after oral administration. Methods: The concentration of levofloxacin in serum was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The data were processed by 3P87 pharmacokinetic program. Results: Studies in 8 patients showed that the elimination half-life of levofloxacin in patients with respiratory infections was significantly greater than that in healthy subjects reported at home and abroad (P <0.01) Concentration peak time similar to the reports at home and abroad, the peak concentration similar to foreign research results, but lower than the domestic research in healthy subjects (P <0.01). CONCLUSIONS: In patients with respiratory infections, when taking levofloxacin, care should be taken to control the dose and interval of administration, especially for patients with renal dysfunction, to prevent adverse reactions
