Tolosa-Hunt综合征是疼痛性眼肌麻痹原因之一。此病在临床上不少,但不易为人所认识。50年代本病在国内尚无报导。韩氏所著临床神经眼科学实用神经病学中,眼外肌麻痹的病因中亦均无记载。国内首次由高氏报道,以后相继有几篇报道,而我省至今还未见有关的材料刊出。由于临床上常误认为是重症肌无力、脑干病变、眼肌病变以及脑外科的脑肿瘤等疾患,因此,将该综合征略加介绍,并就两年来我们所见的6例报道如下。临床资料 6例患者的临床资料见表。
