目的探讨橡皮障在口腔根管治疗患者中的应用价值。方法选取2015年1月至2016年5月于本溪市中心医院行口腔根管治疗的80例患者为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序将其分为观察组与对照组,各40例。观察组患者在根管治疗中放置橡皮障,对照组患者在根管治疗中未放置橡皮障,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者根管恰填发生率明显高于对照组,急性炎性反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在口腔根管治疗中应用橡皮障的临床效果确切,能够明显提高患者根充恰填率,减少急性炎性反应的发生。
Objective To investigate the application value of rubber dam in oral root canal therapy. Methods From January 2015 to May 2016, 80 patients undergoing oral root canal treatment in Benxi Central Hospital were enrolled in this study. They were divided into observation group and control group according to admission sequence, and each group included 40 cases. In the observation group, rubber dam was placed in the root canal treatment, while in the control group, no rubber barrier was placed in the root canal treatment. The treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05). The incidence of canals in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the incidence of acute inflammatory reaction was significantly lower than that of control group Control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of rubber dam in oral root canal therapy has definite clinical effect, which can obviously improve the filling rate of root canal filling and reduce the incidence of acute inflammatory reaction.
