东方毛园线虫病(Trichostrongyliasis Orientalis)是人畜共患的寄生虫病。多流行于农村和牧区。我国在四川涪江下游感染率较高。江苏省迄今未见正式报道。我们曾在医本科学生的粪检实验中,发现东方毛园线虫病一例,兹简要报告如下: 患者,男性,21岁,江苏淮阴县人。平时偶有腹痛,腹泻,劳动后有头晕及疲劳感。体检发育正常,营养中等,无贫血貌及浮肿现象,心脏听诊有期前收缩,每分钟约2—3次。肺部(一),腹部柔软肝于肋下刚可触及,脾(一)。
Trichostrongyliasis Orientalis is a zoonotic parasitic disease. More popular in rural areas and pastoral areas. China’s lower reaches of the Fujiang River in Sichuan higher prevalence. Jiangsu Province has so far not been officially reported. We have found a case of Oriental Mao garden nematode in a fecal examination by a medical college student. We briefly report the following: Patient, male, 21 years old, from Huaiyin County, Jiangsu Province. Occasionally occasional abdominal pain, diarrhea, dizziness and fatigue after work. Physical examination is normal, moderate nutrition, no anemia and edema, cardiac auscultation before the contract, about 2-3 times per minute. The lungs (a), soft belly abdomen just touched under the ribs, spleen (a).
