红花木莲与厚朴为同科不同属植物。为了解决厚朴的代用药,对红花木莲的主要成分进行了研究。经TLC检查红花木莲含有药用厚朴的主要有效成分,分离鉴定了厚朴酚和木兰箭毒碱,并测定了酚的总含量和生物碱的总含量。
Magnolia sativus and Magnolia officinalis are different plants in the same family. In order to solve the drug replacement of Magnolia officinalis, the main components of M. sinensis were studied. The main active components of Magnolia officinalis var. sinensis were detected by TLC, and magnolol and mulanus were isolated and identified. The total phenol content and the total alkaloid content were determined.
