随着科学技术的发展,信息的传播速度日益加快,广播电视行业得到了快速的发展,三网融合的概念被提上日程,三网融合是网络媒体发展的一个必然趋势,也是网络媒体行业目前所面临的新的机遇和挑战。在三网融合政策下,怎么更好的促进广播电视行业的平衡发展,怎么才能更好的适应时代发展的潮流,来满足人们对信息的需求,这是目前的研究重点,本文着重讲述了三网融合所需要设定的管理体制和对管理体制的发展提出一些策略和观点。
