紫外线照射充氧自血回输综合治疗糖尿病视网膜病变

采用紫外线照射充氧自血回输(UBIO)治疗视网膜病变104例.并作对照观察。结果表明.两眼视力与治疗前及对照组比较(均P<0.01),差异均有非常显著性;视网膜病变明显改善,单纯型恢复正常57.9%,Ⅰ期恢复正常93.5%。

UBIO was used to treat 104 cases of retinopathy, which was controlled by ultraviolet light. The results showed that the visual acuity of both eyes was significantly higher than that before treatment and control group (all P <0.01), and the difference was significant. The retinopathy was significantly improved. The simple type returned to normal 57.9% and the stage Ⅰ returned to normal 93.5%.
