正常停机在系统的日常停机以前,先用水把泵站管道和主管道中的矿浆排出。其步骤如下:打开主管道冲洗水泵上排放阀;起动冲洗水泵;停止矿浆增压泵并关闭增压泵排放阀;将冲洗水引入主管道泵站,清洗安全试验环路管道、泵站管道和主管道装置,最终引入主管道系统。在用冲洗水清除管道内矿浆的同时,用加压冲洗水冲洗贮罐歧管和增压泵
