我是一名农村初中校长,在基础教育的校长岗位上工作了十八年,作为一名校长必须记住,教育需要理想,需要信念;教育需要民主,需要人文;教育需要智慧,需要思考;教育需要审视,需要评价。学校管理工作要求校长必须认真学习,不断更新理念,制定适合本校实际的管理策略。一、以德立校德育工作的对象不仅是学生,更重要的是教师。蔡元培曾说过:“教育者,养成人性之事业也。”我校制定的德育教育工作计划重点把握了几个要点:新生入学的宣誓活动,社会综合实践活动,圆梦助学活动,好教师、好学生评选等一系列有意义的活动。学校必须重视每一位学生的理想教
