网上银行(简称“网银”)作为中国银行业电子渠道的主要方式,已经走过了初生、成长的摸索期,正日益成熟。招商银行(简称“招行”)是网银竞争战略的一个绝佳典范。笔者分析了中国联通与招行分别发展网上营业厅(简称“网厅”)和网银业务的背景,从企业微观角度剖析了招行网银成功的缘由,以期借此为联通网厅的发展提供建议。
As the main mode of Chinese banking e-channel, online banking (referred to as “online banking” for short) has already passed the exploration period of newborn and growth and is becoming increasingly mature. China Merchants Bank (referred to as “CMB”) is an excellent example of online banking competition strategy. The author analyzes the background that China Unicom and China Merchants Bank respectively develop online business hall (referred to as “Network Hall”) and online banking business, and analyzes the reasons for the success of online banking in China Merchants Bank from the microscopic point of view of the enterprise in order to provide suggestions for the development of China Unicom Office .
