本文对掘进巷道凿岩时压入式通风的风流结构及排尘作用进行了实验模型及现场试验研究。发现超出射流射程之外的空间存在着二次循环风流。测定和分析了二次循环流的特征及其通风排尘作用。研究了压入式通风风流的波动起伏特征及对通风排尘过程的影响。给出了利用二次循环流进行排尘通风时有关通风参数的经验公式,可作为生产和设计的参考。
In this paper, the experimental model and field test of the wind flow structure and dust discharge of pressure ventilation when drilling tunneling are carried out. It is found that there is a secondary circulation airflow in the space beyond the jet range. The characteristics of the secondary circulation flow and its ventilation and dust removal were measured and analyzed. The characteristics of the fluctuation of pressure ventilation and its influence on ventilation and dust removal process were studied. The experiential formula about the ventilation parameters when using the second circulation flow for ventilation and exhaust ventilation is given, which can be used as a reference for production and design.
