动画产业的快速发展是从上个世纪七十年代开始,早期的动画制作团队无论是从技术方面还是管理方面都有着许多的缺陷,如今动画制作体系越来越成熟,优秀的动画作品越来越多,这一切不仅仅是归功于动画制作技术的日新月异还因为动画制作团队变得更具有效率。动画制作团队不仅让整个管理框架更加同时与影响着动画产业的整体走势。现在许多的动画制作公司都开始逐步建立极具效率的动画制作团队,这些团队在内部互相帮助、取长补短,在外部也能去其他的团队互相合作形成1+1>2的效果。本文首先回顾了动画制作团队的发展历史,分析出动画制作团队的具体功能,结合具体的动画片研究团队合作在动画制作中的意义。
