陕西位于内陆地区,随着交通发达、物资流通日益加快,沿海地区的海、水产品不断涌入内地。为防止由于污染海、水产品的输入,造成我省霍乱流行,我们于1999年和2000年,分别采集从连云港、广州、厦门、辽宁、青岛、烟台等地输入西安市的市售海、水产品标本进行霍乱及其他致病性弧菌监测,结果报告如下。1 材料和方法1.1 标本来源;采集当日由飞机运往西安市海、水产品销售市场及各大饭店的鲜活海、水产品186份,其中蟹类44份,虾类28份,鱼类10份,贝壳类84份,甲鱼20份。1.2 分离培养:鱼类标本以无菌操作剖取鳃部和肠内容物,贝类以无菌手续取出壳内软组织,分别剪碎后取10g置100ml碱性蛋白胨水(APW)中,蟹类及甲鱼以无菌棉签蘸取APW涂擦表面后置10mlAPW中,37℃过夜培养,取1ml培
