目的探讨在消毒供应室管理中应用细节管理的方法以及实际应用效果。方法随机选取本院消毒供应室的10名工作人员作为本次研究的对象,以问卷调查的形式汇总分析这10名工作人员在实行细节管理前后的工作质量、发生差错事件的几率以及医护人员的满意度。结果实施细节管理以后,消毒供应室工作人员的工作质量较实施细节管理之前有了较大程度的提升,同时发生差错事件的几率较实施细节管理之前也有了明显下降,医护人员的满意度得到大幅提升,差异均具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应室管理中应用细节管理可以有效提高工作人员的风险防范意识以及主动服务意识,并且有利于降低差错事件发生几率,提高医护人员的满意度,因此值得进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the method of application of detail management in disinfection supply room management and its practical application. Methods A total of 10 staff members from the disinfection supply room of our hospital were randomly selected as the object of this study. Conclusion The application of detail management in disinfection supply room management can effectively raise staff awareness of risk prevention and active service awareness, and is conducive to reduce the probability of error events and improve the satisfaction of medical staff, and therefore worthy of further promotion and application.
