首钢引进美国贝利公司一套网络90集散型微机控制系统,仅用半年时间投入运行。经一年多的实际运行证明,该系统设计合理,安装、调试迅速,使首钢烧结厂实现了计算机控制,提高了自动化水平,并获得显著经济效益。本文着重向读者介绍网络90系统的总体设计指标、地域配置、料流量的平衡控制和准确配比,以及 CRT 画面的设计等情况,以供从事工业生产过程控制系统研究的同行们参考。
Shougang Bailey company introduced a set of network 90 sets of distributed microcomputer control system, only half a year into operation. After more than one year’s actual operation, the system has been designed reasonably, installed and debugged quickly, enabling Shougang Sintering Plant to realize computer control, raise the level of automation and obtain significant economic benefits. This article focuses on readers to introduce the network 90 system overall design specifications, geographical configuration, material flow balance control and accurate matching, as well as the design of CRT screen, etc. for colleagues engaged in industrial process control system for reference.
