近年,我国农用运输车发展很快,据统计.1992年全国三轮、四轮农用运输车总产量已近120万辆。农用运输车的发展,适应了我国农村经济发展的需要,很受农民的欢迎。农用运输车上道路行驶,首先遇到的是交通安全问题。为了保证农用运输车的行驶安全,维护交通安全,保障农用运输车拥有者的合法权益,最近,公安部发布了《农用运输车安全基准》和《关于农用运输车道路交通管理的规定》。为了贯彻这两个法规,满足人们对安全驾驶农用运输车常识的需求,本文就领取驾驶证常识、领取农用运输车牌证常识、遵守道路交通管理条例常识、安全驾驶常识、交通标志常识以及交通违章、交通事故处理常识等,依据现行法规.作一简要阐述,以供参考。本文对一些地方性的有关法规,(?)述,希望读者在阅此文时,注意这一点。
