针对可控电解珩磨加工中,已知工件误差及加工余量求解施电电流过程中参数的多样性及因果关系的不确定性,提出一种应用人工神经网络建立电解珩磨施电规律的方法,通过理论分析给出应用神经网络求取电规律的可行性,经过实验验证,该方法具有较高的计算精度。
In view of the controllable electrolytic honing process, the known workpiece error and the machining allowance to solve the variety of parameters in the process of applying the current and the uncertainty of the causal relationship, a method of applying the artificial neural network to establish the law of electrolytic honing is proposed. Through the theoretical analysis, the feasibility of applying neural network to obtain the electric law is given. The experimental results show that this method has high computational accuracy.
