为了满足许多柴油机制造厂对柴油机能有更高的升功率和燃料利用率等要求。勃朗、博伐里公司发展了一种压比为4的新型涡轮增压器系列。本文论述了在设计这种涡轮增压器元件过程中有关空气动力学、声学和力学等方面所取得的进展。试验结果证明,即使压比为4,亦能达到优良的涡轮增压器效率,且保持低的噪音。使用这种新型涡轮增压器,能使增压柴油机运转良好。与现今的发展水平相比,能将功率再提高15—20%。
In order to meet the many diesel engine manufacturers have a higher liter of power and fuel efficiency requirements. This article discusses the progress made in the design of such turbocharger components in terms of aerodynamics, acoustics and mechanics.
