我厂生产的 EQ140汽车后桥壳铸件,由于内腔粘砂严重,需要进行3~4次抛丸处理才能达到要求。每个铸件抛丸要消耗钢丸3.879kg,每件抛丸的总费用不少于9元。按年产12万辆 EQ140汽车计算,该项费用达100万元/年以上。同时,由于抛丸次数多,较大程度地加重了清理工序的负担,并且抛丸后的铸件表面粗糙。为解决铸件内腔粘砂问题、针对该件结构、浇注及砂芯的特点,我们进行了醇基膏状涂料的研制、试验,取得了较好的效果。
