世界面包大赛是由 Sepelcom 集团与法国面包协会、面包大使协会等联合举办,于法国里昂国际酒店、餐饮、食品展(SIRHA)期间举行的国际西餐赛事。此项大赛旨在考察选手对各式面包(特色面包,营养面包等)的制作水平,提高各国参赛选手的专业面包技能,通过鼓励更多有理想、有能力的青年进入面包烘焙业以加快行业的创新速度和促进行业整体发展。大赛的裁判团由十位法国顶级面包大师担任裁判,其中绝大多数享有 MOF 称号。(MOF:法国最佳工艺师)此项荣誉专门颁发给饮食业和手工艺界有出色表现的俊才。口味与健康的融和是大赛的宗旨,来自世界各国的顶级面包师经过层层选拔最终挑选出12位代表参赛。十二个国家的顶级面包师代表自己的国家,争夺这一世界级面包赛事的最高荣誉。
The World Bread Contest is jointly organized by the Sepelcom Group and the French Bakery Association, the Association of Bread Ambassadors and many other international festivals held during the International Hotel and Restaurant and Food Exhibition (SIRHA) in Lyon, France. The competition aims at examining the level of production of various types of bread (specialty breads, nutritious breads, etc.) and enhancing professional breadmaking skills of participating countries. It aims to accelerate the industry by encouraging more aspiring and capable young people to enter the bakery industry The speed of innovation and promote the overall development of the industry. Competition judges from the top ten French bread masters referee, most of them enjoy the title of MOF. (MOF: The Best French Technologist) This honor is awarded to the best of the best in the catering and handicraft industries. Taste and health is the purpose of the contest, top bakers from all over the world through the layers of selection finally selected 12 representatives participating. Top bakers from twelve countries represent their own country and compete for the highest honor of this world-class bread race.
