作者共收治上颌窦癌45例,其中鳞癌36例。治疗方法:1.~(60)钴外照射,用30°或45°楔形滤过板,直角二野照射,每次1.8Gy,每周5次,总剂量40Gy,平均TDF63。2.照射前一日开窗手术,照射期内每周搔刮1～2次。3.照射前一小时从颞浅动脉注射5Fu250mg,总量2g。部分病例曾行动脉或静脉注射其他化疗药。作者见到,36例鳞癌局部复发20例,局部控制16例。按T 分析局部复发情况:T_20/5,T_315/24(63%),T_45/7(71%)。按初诊时肿瘤进展部位分析复发:下侧方型5/5,上例方型3/4,上内方型4/7。局部复发组死亡13例,9例为原发灶复发,2例为转移灶,2例死于其他原因;
The authors treated 45 cases of maxillary sinus cancer, including 36 cases of squamous cell carcinoma.
