在法律文本覆盖民众生活的今天,全面体现法律文本表述的亲民化是法律人性化的表现。要了解法律文本的不同类型,厘定和选择亲民化文本,然后以简化法律术语为中心,使法律文本的表述走出“术语丛林”。具体做法是:文本中的必需法律术语建议择用元术语;适度降低法律文本的术语密度,稀释法律专业性;针对不同的法律文本,选择不同的亲民化术语语用方式。
