目的探讨手足口病患儿血清心肌酶谱及心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)对心肌损害的诊断价值及临床意义。方法应用日本奥林帕斯640全自动生化分析仪检测278例HFMD患儿血清心肌酶谱(LDH、CK、CK-MB)的活性;采用全自动电化学发光免疫分析仪检测血清cTnI的水平。并与116例普通感染患儿(对照组)检测结果进行分析。结果病例组LDH、CK、CK-MB及cTnI检测结果均高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论检测HFMD患儿血清心肌酶谱及cTnI可以了解HFMD对心肌损害的情况,并为临床治疗提供依据。
Objective To investigate the value of serum myocardial enzymes and cardiac troponin I (cTnI) in the diagnosis of myocardial damage in children with hand-foot-mouth disease and its clinical significance. Methods The activity of serum myocardial enzymes (LDH, CK, CK-MB) in 278 children with HFMD was detected by Olympus 640 automatic biochemistry analyzer. The level of cTnI in serum was detected by automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay. And with 116 cases of common infection in children (control group) test results were analyzed. Results The results of LDH, CK, CK-MB and cTnI in case group were higher than those in control group (all P <0.01). Conclusion The detection of serum myocardial enzymes and cTnI in children with HFMD can understand the situation of myocardial damage caused by HFMD and provide the basis for clinical treatment.
