军史研究作为系统总结人民解放军建军和作战经验的一项基础性工作,主要任务是存史、资政、育人。广大军史研究工作者必须充分认清军史资政的作用和意义,以对国防和军队建设高度负责的政治责任感和使命感,正确把握军史资政的原则和方法,切实提高自身素质和能力,不断深化军史研究,积极主动作为,努力提高军史资政水平。
Military history research, as a basic work systematically summarizing the PLA’s military and operational experience, has the main tasks of saving history, funding resources and educating people. The majority of military history researchers must fully understand the role and significance of military history and capital management, take a strong sense of political responsibility and mission in defense and army building, correctly grasp the principles and methods of military history and management, and effectively improve their own qualifications and capabilities.
