某厂房结构为两跨二铰门式刚架,其跨度为15米,高10米,间距6米,每跨10节间。屋面结构为钢筋混凝土“Γ”型檩条、大型槽瓦体系。边柱重4.2吨,中柱重5.8吨。柱与杯基用100号水泥砂浆嵌实50毫米,再用沥青麻丝填实。横梁与柱用钢板施焊连接。用两台W_1—100型履带式起重机,配23米长吊杆,各吊一跨,综合吊装。
The structure of a factory building is a two-span two-joint rigid frame with a span of 15 meters, a height of 10 meters, a spacing of 6 meters, and 10 steps per span. The roof structure is a reinforced concrete “Γ” type purlin, a large-sized slot-tile system. The side column weighs 4.2 tons and the column weighs 5.8 tons. The column and base were embedded with 100 mm cement mortar and then filled with asphalt. Beams and columns are connected by steel plate welding. Two W_1-100 crawler cranes are used, with 23-meter-long booms, one crane and one crane, and they are fully hoisted.
