In Purex process,to separate U and Pu from each other, Pu(Ⅳ) must be reduced to Pu(Ⅲ). As a widely used reductant for Pu(Ⅳ), U(Ⅳ) is prepared by electrolysis of U(Ⅵ) solutions. The concentrations of U(Ⅳ) and U(Ⅵ) directly affect the efficiency of Pu(Ⅳ) reduction. So, the concentrations of U(Ⅳ) and U(Ⅵ) in 1BX must be measured timely. The traditional destructive titrimetry method for U(Ⅳ) and U(Ⅵ)
