目的:评估根管治疗术在牙髓炎治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2014年5月至2015年5月收治的82例牙髓病患者(单牙病变)作为观察对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各41例,对照组采用药物保守治疗,观察组采用根管治疗术,对比两组患者治疗后牙齿疼痛临床症状的改善情况,评价其临床疗效。结果:患者经过积极治疗后,观察组的治疗总有效率为95.12%,明显要比对照组的70.73%高,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:根管治疗术治疗牙髓炎,见效快,效果显著,因此值得在临床实践中推广及使用。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of root canal therapy in the treatment of pulpitis. Methods: A total of 82 patients with endodontic diseases (univalve lesions) who were admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conservative drugs and observed Group treated with root canal therapy, compared with two groups of patients after treatment to improve the clinical symptoms of dental pain, evaluate its clinical efficacy. Results: After active treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.12%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.73%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Endodontic treatment of pulpitis, quick, effective, it is worth in the clinical practice to promote and use.
