整合是一个社会学概念,这里借用整合一词,重点讲整合社区资源,包括整合人才资源和物化资源,目的是充分利用社区资源,发挥社区优势。整合社区工作,包括基层党委和政府部署的工作、有关部门指导的工作、为民服务的工作,以及社区自身的各项工作,目的是做好社区工作,发挥社区建设功能。整合社区关系,包括基层政府和政府职能部门的关系、社区党组织与社区居委会的关系、社区居委会与社区中介组织以及其他组织的关系,目的是理顺关系,形成社区建设的整体合力。
Integration is a concept of sociology. Borrowing from the word integration, it emphasizes the integration of community resources, including the integration of human resources and materialized resources. The purpose is to make full use of community resources and make full use of community strengths.
