目的了解河南省蔬菜中有机磷农药残留水平及相关规律,及时发现蔬菜类食品中的安全隐患。方法在河南省全省18个地市选取郑州、开封、洛阳、安阳、鹤壁、漯河、南阳、周口8个地市为监测地区,根据本地区人口分布、蔬菜生产种植情况抽取区(县)监测点进行采样。结果 2010-2012年河南省蔬菜中有机磷农药残留总体检出率为12.21%,总体超标率为0.31%,共有18种农药有不同程度的检出。结论有机磷农药在我省蔬菜种植环节中有普遍使用,其中对硫磷等国家明令禁止生产经营使用的农药仍有使用,但总体超标率处于较低水平。
Objective To understand the levels of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables in Henan Province and related laws, and discover the hidden dangers in vegetables. Methods Eight prefectures and cities of Zhengzhou, Kaifeng, Luoyang, Anyang, Hebi, Luohe, Nanyang and Zhoukou were selected as monitoring areas in 18 prefectures and cities in Henan Province. Results The overall detection rate of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables from 2010 to 2012 in Henan Province was 12.21%, with the overall exceeding the standard rate of 0.31%. A total of 18 pesticides were detected in different degrees. Conclusion Organophosphorus pesticides are widely used in the planting of vegetables in our province. Among them, parathion and other countries have banned the use of pesticides in production and operation, but the overall excess rate is at a low level.
