由煤炭科学研究总院、中国煤炭经济研究会主办,《煤炭经济研究》编辑部承办的“循环经济与煤炭产业可持续发展”研讨会于3月25~26日在北京隆重召开,来自国家发改委、国务院发展研究中心、北京地球村环境文化中心、中国煤炭工业协会、煤炭科学研究总院、中国煤炭商会、中国煤炭加工利用协会、山西省社科院以及平顶山煤业集团、淮北矿业集团、淮南矿业集团、西山煤电集团、抚顺矿业集团、华亭煤业集团、重庆煤炭集团等单位的领导和专家80余人参加了研讨。研讨会由煤炭科学研究总院副院长宁宇、党委副书记李华和中国煤炭经济研究会理事长苏立功分别主持,中国煤炭工业协会第一副会长濮洪九出席研讨会并做重要讲话。会议期间,苏立功理事长宣读了“循环经济与煤炭产业可持续发展”征文获奖名单并对征文活动做了总结。在为期一天半的时间里,与会代表围绕“发展循环经济,促进煤炭产业可持续发展”这一主题,就“十一五”期间我国发展循环经济的重点、循环经济与公众参与、大力发展循环经济,加快转变增长方式、煤炭企业发展循环经济的政策建议、走循环经济之路,确保煤炭产业可持续发展等议题进行了广泛深入的交流。平顶山煤业集团、兖矿集团、淮北矿业集团、淮南矿业集团、西山煤电集团公司、抚顺矿业集团等单位的代表在研讨会上介绍了各自在发展循环经济方面取得的成功经验。现将研讨会上部分领导和专家的发言整理如下,以飨读者,由于版面所限,已在本刊发表过的观点,此次不再刊登。
The seminar “Circular Economy and Sustainable Development of Coal Industry” sponsored by China Coal Research Institute and China Coal Research Society was held in Beijing from March 25 to March 26. The seminar was hosted by the National Development and Reform Commission , State Council Development Research Center, Beijing Global Village Environmental Culture Center, China Coal Industry Association, Coal Research Institute, China Coal Chamber of Commerce, China Coal Processing and Utilization Association, Shanxi Academy of Social Sciences and Pingdingshan Coal Industry Group, Huaibei Mining Group, Huainan Mining More than 80 leaders and experts from Xishan Coal & Electricity Group, Fushun Mining Group, Huating Coal Group and Chongqing Coal Group attended the seminar. The seminar was presided over by Ningyu, vice president of Coal Science Research Institute, Li Hua, deputy party secretary, and Su Ligong, chairman of China Coal Economy Research Association. Pu Hongjiu, the first vice president of China Coal Industry Association, attended the seminar and made an important speech. During the meeting, Chairman Su Li Gong read out the winners of the essay winners of “Circular Economy and Sustainable Development of Coal Industry” and summed up the essay activities. During the one-and-a-half-day period, delegates focused on the theme of “Developing Circular Economy and Promoting Sustainable Development of Coal Industry”, and vigorously developed the cycle of circular economy and public participation in China during the “Eleventh Five-year” period Economy, speed up the transformation of growth mode, the development of coal enterprises to develop circular economy policy recommendations, take the road to recycling economy and ensure sustainable development of the coal industry topics such as extensive and in-depth exchanges. Representatives of Pingdingshan Coal Group, Yanzhou Mining Group, Huaibei Mining Group, Huainan Mining Group, Xishan Coal and Electricity Group Corporation, Fushun Mining Group and other units introduced their successful experiences in developing circular economy at the seminar. At present, some speeches by some leaders and experts at the symposium are summarized as follows.
