目的了解郑州市部分医院洁净手术室洁净效果,强化管理对策。方法采用现场检测方法,对4所医院22间洁净手术室综合性能进行了检测。结果在22间洁净手术室中,Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级洁净手术室各有6间,综合性能合格率均为66.66%;有6间Ⅲ级洁净手术室综合性能合格率为75%,另有4间Ⅳ级洁净手术室合格率为50%。在各项监测指标中,沉降菌超标率为31.82%,尘埃颗粒数超标率为18.19%,静压差和相对湿度合格率均为77.27%。结论郑州市医院洁净手术室综合洁净性能达标率偏低,沉降菌和尘埃粒子数超标严重,特别加强Ⅰ、Ⅱ级洁净手术室质量管理。
Objective To understand the cleanliness of clean operating room in some hospitals in Zhengzhou City and to strengthen management measures. Methods The on-site testing method was used to test the comprehensive performance of 22 clean operating rooms in 4 hospitals. Results Among the 22 clean operating rooms, there were 6 clean operating rooms of grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ respectively, with a passing rate of 66.66%. There were 6 grade Ⅲ clean operating rooms with a passing rate of 75% and another 4 Class Ⅳ clean operating room pass rate of 50%. Among all the monitoring indexes, the exceeding standard rate of sedimentation bacteria was 31.82%, the exceeding standard rate of dust particles was 18.19%, and the passing rate of static pressure difference and relative humidity were both 77.27%. Conclusion The compliance rate of clean operation room in Zhengzhou operating room is low, the number of sedimentation bacteria and dust particles exceed the standard seriously, and the quality management of clean operation room of grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ is especially strengthened.
